This equipment has been tested before shipment to ensure proper operation. Please read the operating instructions carefully. This equipment is under warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and material only. If the equipment is found defective, Scientific Industries will elect to repair or replace same, without charge, F.O.B. our plant, Bohemia, NY. Items that are normally expendable, such as rubber parts or items that are damaged by liquids or misuse are not included in this warranty. Repairs performed by any entity other than Scientific Industries and tampering with the unit will result in the warranty becoming null and void. User should never attempt to repair unit. To make a claim under this limited warranty, you must first obtain an RMA number from Scientific Industries and return the product carefully packed, in its original packaging, shipping prepaid, with the RMA number written on the return package.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED. Scientific Industries, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or other damages under any circumstances and all such liability and damages are hereby excluded. Scientific Industries, Inc. shall have no liability beyond the contract price for items claimed to be defective or unsuitable. Scientific Industries does not assume nor does it authorize any other person or organization to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products.
